1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to firestickvpn.com and use of the FirestickVPN application. If you do not agree, do not use the site or app. Purchases completed on Amazon are also subject to Amazon’s terms.
2. The service
FirestickVPN provides a virtual private network client intended for Amazon Fire TV Stick and compatible Fire OS devices. Features may include encrypted tunneling and selectable server locations to support privacy and lawful access to region-based content libraries.
3. Lawful streaming only
You may use FirestickVPN only for lawful purposes. This includes:
- Protecting privacy on your network
- Accessing streaming catalogs for services you are authorized to use (valid subscriptions and accounts)
- Using free legal apps such as Tubi, Pluto TV, Freevee, and YouTube in accordance with those apps’ terms
You may not use FirestickVPN to distribute, stream, download, or promote pirated or otherwise unauthorized copyrighted content; to violate streaming providers’ terms in a way that breaks applicable law; or to commit fraud, abuse networks, or harm others.
4. No affiliation
FirestickVPN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., Netflix, BBC, Disney, Tubi, Pluto TV, Freevee, YouTube, or any other third-party brand mentioned for descriptive purposes.
5. Accounts and licenses
Your license to use the app is personal and non-transferable except as allowed by Amazon’s license rules for the product. You are responsible for securing your Amazon account and any activation credentials.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law, overload our infrastructure, attempt unauthorized access to servers, resell access without permission, or use the service where VPN use is prohibited by local law.
7. Third-party services
Streaming apps and Amazon’s store are third-party services. Their availability, geo policies, and features can change without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific title, channel, or regional library will always be reachable through a VPN.
8. Disclaimers
THE WEBSITE AND APP ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that servers will unlock every streaming catalog at all times.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FirestickVPN and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or streaming subscriptions. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or app is limited to the amount you paid for FirestickVPN in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50) if you have not paid us directly (for example when Amazon processed payment).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FirestickVPN from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, including unlawful streaming or violation of third-party terms that results in legal claims against us.
11. Privacy and refunds
Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of your agreement with us where applicable.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of business operations as stated on the Amazon listing or, if none, the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
